We seek motivated individuals to join our team in a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities for career growth. As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will enjoy benefits such as:
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers, operate registers, make purchase suggestions, assist with food programs, lead shifts, maintain store appearance, and provide excellent service. Regular onsite attendance is required. You will interact daily with customers and work with a dynamic team to accomplish store goals.
Qualifications: Skills in sales, customer care, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, quick thinking, and leadership. Entry-level management experience is a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Motivated to learn and grow.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds regularly, occasionally lift 60 pounds, push/pull 20 pounds, bend/twist, and manipulate objects with hands.
