Responsibilities

• Main lobby operations – check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours, answering questions
• Answering and handling calls professionally
• Maintaining cleanliness
• Caring for animals
• Scheduling, file maintenance, data entry
• Assisting in kennel duties
• Locking and securing the building

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience
