Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use job knowledge to conduct customer transactions.
• Answer questions and provide guidance to customers.
• Assist with opening and closing of the branch.
• Audit CSR transactions for accuracy and proper accounting.
• Support branch staff with policy interpretation and service delivery.
• Train and mentor CSRs as needed.
• Escalate equipment or system issues to leadership.
