Job summary

Guitar Center embodies creativity and music, seeking a Lead Customer Service Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our stores and guide fellow associates. You will maintain strong sales performance levels and merchandising accuracy.

Able to coach, collaborate, and lead by example, you will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, teamwork, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales guidance to associates on the sales floor.
• Manage customer interaction and maintain a strong sales presence.
• Learn and continue education to hone product and leadership skills.
• Assist with store readiness, replenishing displays, and merchandising.
• Hold "The Mic" to drive sales when scheduled and model productivity.
• Ensure price updates and POP standards are maintained daily.
