You will maintain strong sales performance and support store operations while modeling leadership and service standards. The role emphasizes coaching, collaboration, customer focus, initiative, and strong interpersonal communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales guidance to associates on the sales floor.
• Manage customer interaction and maintain a strong sales presence.
• Learning and certification to improve product, sales, and leadership skills.
• Assist with store readiness, displays, and merchandising.
• Drive sales on the microphone when scheduled as a role model.
• Ensure price updates and POP standards are maintained.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
