Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative in Newnan, GA to support a third-party logistics client handling appliance delivery and installation in residential homes. The role involves updating customers on order status, coordinating with drivers to reschedule deliveries, and resolving escalations to ensure excellent service.

This on-site position requires leadership experience and strong communication. Hours are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 12:30-9 PM EST.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
• 1+ years in a lead, supervisor or manager role.
• Experience in a warehouse/logistics/3PL setting: dispatch, routing, resolving customer or driver escalations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers updates on the status of their order.
• Work with drivers to reschedule deliveries when needed.
• Resolve customer escalations on issues with orders such as missing or damaged parts.

Insight Global is looking for a Lead Customer Service Representative to join a third party logistics client in Newnan, GA.This location holds the inventory for an appliance retail company and is responsible for delivery and installation of the appliances in customer’s residential homes. The Customer Service team is responsible for answering calls and emails from customers who are expecting delivery and installations of these appliance. In this role, you will provide customers updates on the status of their order, work with the drivers to reschedule deliveries when needed, and resolve customer escalations on issues with their order such as missing or damaged parts. As a Lead, Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service.

Hours: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 12:30-9 PM EST (Wednesday and Thursday off)

Pay rate: $21.50-22/hr. per hour.
