The Lead Installer role is field-based across the Greater Houston area, Monday–Friday, 40 hours with occasional overtime.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in finish carpentry or window treatment installation.
- Familiarity with high-end brands like Hunter Douglas, Graber, Norman, Alta, Somfy.
- Strong Bluetooth/Wi-Fi and smart-home automation knowledge.
- Proficient with power tools, anchors, fasteners, and laser measures.
- Excellent communication and presentable appearance.
Responsibilities
- Measure openings precisely for custom products.
- Install interior blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and exterior shades.
- Program and troubleshoot motorized window treatments with smart-home platforms.
- Educate clients on product functionality and app controls.
- Maintain a clean work site and manage inventory on the company vehicle.
