Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network, a division of Hunter Douglas, seeks experienced Install Technicians for interior window treatments in Lubbock, TX. This 1099 contractor role involves scheduling, measuring and installing blinds, shutters and drapery for residential customers.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, excellent communication, and proven measuring skills, plus experience with Hunter Douglas products and related certifications.

• Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters.
• Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments.

• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills; emails, printing, scanning, downloading/uploading to website.
• Currently possess or willing to obtain liability insurance.
• Possess all applicable state and local licenses.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers.
• Conduct complex measurements for products when required.
• Receive product and verify it arrived in good condition.
• Represent HD RLN and retail partners professionally.
• Resolve issues while maintaining high customer service.

Position Overview

Hunter Douglas Retail Lead Network (HD RLN) has an opportunity for an experienced custom window treatment Installer

Schedule and coordinate installation appointment with our customer

• When requested, conduct complex measurements for products; including shutters
• Receive product at your location and verify that all product has arrived in good condition
• Professionally represent HD RLN and our retail partners
• Resolve issues while continuing to provide excellent customer service
