Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business is required.
• Seven or more years of experience in product management, product marketing, technical sales, engineering, or business leadership.
• Demonstrated success growing revenue, improving profitability, or managing product portfolios.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.”

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy for a custom thin-film product portfolio.
• Partner with the Plant Manager to achieve bookings, revenue, gross margin, on‑time delivery, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Lead and develop the Product Marketing and Customer Experience teams.
• Work closely with Technical Sales to identify growth opportunities and develop customer strategies.
• Develop pricing strategies that improve profitability and long-term business growth.
• Manage the standard product portfolio to improve revenue, margins, and overall portfolio performance.
• Lead customer escalations, business reviews, and cross‑functional improvement initiatives.
• Drive collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations.
• Support export compliance activities in accordance with U.S. regulations.]
