Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in custom residential construction.
• Managing 5-10 projects concurrently with construction costs typically $390k up to $550k.
• 5+ year proven track record of successful operations & leadership in New Construction.
• Strong team-building skills & excellent customer communications abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple custom-home projects simultaneously (typically 5–10).
• Coordinate field operations, subs, and design teams to ensure quality on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain strong client relations and ensure project milestones are met.
