Modern Machining Solutions Inc is seeking a Project Manager/Superintendent for Custom Home New Construction in Fredericksburg, VA. You will oversee 5–10 projects simultaneously, with typical builds ranging from $390k to $550k, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget goals are met.

The role offers a competitive salary of $80-85k DOE plus Bonus, plus 401K, paid vacation, insurance, and a $12k car allowance per year. Training and long-term growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in custom residential construction, preferably scattered lot or multiple projects.
• Proven track record in operations and project leadership within New Construction.
• Strong team-building and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 5–10 custom residential projects concurrently.
• Coordinate with owners, crews, and back-office staff to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead site meetings, maintain safety standards, and oversee quality control.
