Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in custom residential construction, preferably scattered lots or running multiple projects.
• Ability to manage 5–10 projects simultaneously with construction costs $390k–$550k per project.
• Proven track record of successful operations & project leadership in new construction.
• Strong team-building and customer/owner communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 5–10 custom residential construction projects concurrently.
• Coordinate with customers/owners and internal teams to ensure quality and schedule.
