Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in custom residential construction.
• Managing 5–10 projects concurrently with typical construction costs $390k–$550k.
• 5+ year proven track record of operations & project leadership in new construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 5–10 custom residential construction projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with owners, design professionals and internal teams to drive builds.
• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule and quality standards.
