SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Project Manager/Superintendent for custom home new construction in Fredericksburg, VA. The candidate will lead multiple custom residential projects (typically 5–10) with project costs ranging from $390k to $550k, leveraging strong team-building and customer communication skills.

We offer a competitive compensation package with an $80k–$85k base salary plus bonus, 401K, paid vacation, and annual car allowance.

• 5+ years experience in custom residential construction.
• Managing 5–10 projects concurrently with average costs from $390k up to $550k (or higher).
• 5+ year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership in new construction.
