Job summary

Keel Custom Homes, a growing residential builder in the United States, is seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to lead the full project cycle from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality homes on clients' lots and exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with design, estimating, and sales teams, managing schedules, budgets, and on-site activities to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining Keel's core values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing residential construction projects, preferably custom or semi-custom homes.
• Strong knowledge of construction management tools, such as Buildertrend, and familiarity with local building codes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and client management skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff meetings and define project scope.
• Oversee day-to-day on-site activities and monitor progress.
• Manage project budgets and provide financial updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and manage inspections.
• Provide weekly client updates and manage expectations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely deliveries.
• Identify project risks and implement contingency plans.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress reports.
• Foster team development and process improvements.
