Job summary

GTG Builders, a Central New Jersey design-build custom home builder, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from preconstruction through warranty. You will coordinate clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure high standards of quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing residential construction projects.
Custom home experience strongly preferred.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Excellent communication with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams.
Experience with construction management software (JobTread preferred).

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of custom residential projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Serve as the primary point of coordination between clients, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and company leadership.
Anticipate challenges and resolve issues before they affect schedule or quality.
Maintain organized, professional, and well-managed jobsites.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and trade partners throughout every phase.
