Up Closets is hiring a Lead Closet Installer in Indianapolis to oversee an installation team and deliver premium storage solutions. You will lead residential projects, read design plans, and ensure craftsmanship meets our quality standards.

You will train and mentor installers, coordinate on-site activities, and maintain strong communication with homeowners to ensure a five-star experience and on-time completions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of lead or supervisory experience in installation work.
• Experience reading installation drawings and plans.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, and on site leadership skills.
• Excellent communication with homeowners and team members.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of installers on residential installation projects.
• Coordinate daily installation plan and job site workflow.
• Ensure installations are done accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Provide exceptional customer service as primary on site contact.
