GRBS is seeking a Custodian Lead for the 2nd shift at Ionia High School in Ionia, MI. The position runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Have valid identification
• Michigan Public School requirements restrict individuals with theft, violence or drug-related backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Nightly perimeter door checks
• Mop, dust, clean restrooms, remove trash, and other cleaning tasks as assigned
