Job summary

GRBS Inc. is seeking a Custodian Lead for the 2nd shift at Ionia High School. This full-time position runs 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.

You will supervise a cleaning crew, ensure tasks are completed to GRBS standards, and maintain a safe, clean environment for students and staff. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with benefits after eligibility. We offer paid holidays, PTO, daily pay, discounts, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have valid identification.
• Michigan Public School requirements apply (no theft/violence/drug-related backgrounds).

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Mopping, Dusting, Cleaning restrooms, Removing trash, and related tasks.
