GRBS is seeking a Custodian Lead for Ionia Public Schools in Ionia, MI. This full-time 2nd shift position runs Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm, totaling 40 hours per week. Pay is $16.00 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have valid identification.
• Background in theft, violence or drugs will disqualify from employment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process using GRBS tools.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools and supplies.
• Complete 360 communication with the team and supervisors.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility in daily tasks.
• Perform nightly perimeter door checks.
• Mop, dust, clean restrooms, and remove trash as part of daily tasks.
