Carbon County School District One is seeking a Maintenance/Custodian at Rawlins Middle School. The role involves maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment and supporting the district's mission.

The position is full-time with a 12-month work year and a salary range of $22.45–$27.45 per hour, depending on experience. Work week will be set by the supervising principal and maintenance supervisor.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive attitude that supports the District Mission.
• Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with all people in the work place.
• Be responsible for acceptable personal attendance and punctuality.
• Accept responsibility for the identified job description and continually strive to perform work of the highest quality.
• Responsible for adhering to District policies. Perform scheduled and assigned custodial tasks at the samelevel and standards as custodians.
• Supervise and train substitute building custodians.
• Plan and oversee all maintenance and repair work and cleaningdone by custodial staff.
• Monitor and certify for payment all custodial staff time cards.
• Evaluate the performance of custodial staff on a regular basis and in accordance with the job description.
• In conjunction with the Custodian Supervisor, prepare a summative evaluation of custodial staff on a yearly basis.
• Constantly strive to promote the safety, health, and comfort of students and employees.
• Promptly report any major repair problems to the principal.
