Job summary

The Classic At Hillcrest Green is seeking a full-time Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You will oversee the housekeeping team, participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotations, and provide hands-on custodial support to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.

You will supervise, clean, and maintain common areas, kitchens, and resident spaces; manage supplies and coordinate with the Maintenance Director on budgeting

Qualifications

• Required: custodial, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience with sanitation practices.
• Required: supervising experience and ability to guide daily work.
• Strong leadership, management and communication skills to coordinate priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily custodial duties in common areas, offices, kitchens and resident spaces.
• Supervise housekeeping team to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Operate custodial equipment such as floor scrubbers and cleaning machinery.
• Manage environmental supply inventory and ordering.
• Oversee housekeeping schedule and assist with apartment turnovers.
