Theclassichg is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Custodian to maintain cleanliness and order within our community. The successful candidate will perform room cleaning, public areas maintenance, and adhere to safety standards.

• Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles.

Responsabilidades

• Clean resident rooms and perform light housekeeping.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, and recreational spaces.
• Conduct floor care including shampooing as needed.
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning to prevent accidents.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to facilitate timely repairs.
• Utilize janitorial equipment efficiently and safely.
• Collaborate with team to maintain high cleanliness standards.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Custodian to maintain cleanliness and order within our community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cleaning, custodial services, and hospitality standards, with the ability to deliver exceptional service. As a Housekeeper/Custodian, you will be responsible for ensuring all resident rooms, and common spaces are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming.

Openings:

• Full-Time: 40 hours a week and will be on a holiday and weekend (1 weekend a month) rotation

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, including light housekeeping.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and recreational spaces.
• Conduct floor care procedures including shampooing.
• Follow established safety protocols during cleaning processes to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to facilitate timely repairs and uphold quality standards.
• Utilize janitorial equipment efficiently while adhering to industrial cleaning practices for maximum effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Custodian to prioritize tasks and maintain high standards of cleanliness across all designated areas.

Experience

• Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hospitality or healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with housekeeping procedures and standards is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of janitorial supplies, cleaning chemicals, and safety guidelines related to industrial cleaning practices.
• Background in heath care environments demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
