Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of professional education in Facility Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of related custodial experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods and floor care.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a custodial team.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and address cleanliness or maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, management, clients, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff and coordinate cleaning schedules.
• Monitor tasks and ensure cleaning methods meet standards.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of custodial staff.
• Support quality assurance and control processes for cleanliness and hygiene.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and address issues promptly.
