Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation for on-site interactions.
• Experience with routine cleaning tasks and facilities upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff when the site supervisor is not on site.
• Be the on-site customer contact when the supervisor is not on site.
• Perform dusting, mopping, sweeping, and cleaning of floors and surfaces.
• Dust, clean and polish furniture and fixtures; police common areas.
• Notify supervisor about maintenance or repair needs.
• Perform other related work as required by site supervisor.
