Job summary

Goodwill Southeast Georgia seeks a Full-Time Program Leader to supervise custodial crews at military bases and federal facilities in Hinesville, GA. You will lead teams, ensure safety, maintain contract standards, and coordinate with case managers for skill development.

The role requires 1–3 years of custodial experience, 21+ years old, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years previous custodial experience or related work to perform essential functions.
• Must be 21 years of age and hold a Class C Driver's License.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and basic arithmetic; strong written and oral communication.
• Must be able to utilize technology, including computers and phone/tablet applications.
• Must be able to meet required security clearances.
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
• Ability to lift/move merchandise up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs, with or without accommodations.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead custodial crews to complete tasks per contract requirements.
• Train Custodians on tasks, ensuring work is completed on time and safely.
• Ensure Custodians have equipment, supplies and knowledge before shifts.
• Document completion of work and any discrepancies using computer systems.
• Provide hands-on training to improve custodial techniques and performance.
• Collaborate with shift supervisors, project management and case managers to develop performance feedback.
• Complete daily paperwork and reports such as time/attendance, maintenance logs and vehicle inspection forms.
• Monitor usage of equipment and supplies and advise management on needs.
