Job summary

AC4S LLC is seeking a Custodian, CAA Lead (Cleared Access Area) to join the team at the Caracas Embassy Compound in Caracas, Venezuela, supporting the VBLS contract for the U.S. Department of State.

The role leads custodial staff and ensures safety and compliance with SOW requirements. Responsibilities include supervising cleaning, escorting uncleared personnel, maintaining logs, coordinating equipment and supplies, and performing duties across offices, conference rooms, restrooms, and lobbies.

Qualifications

• One (1) year successful experience leading/supervising custodial staff performing duties in a residential facility.
• Ability to supervise custodial staff and manage daily cleaning operations.
• Must understand and communicate in English.
• Must follow OSHA/NEBOSH safety standards and participate in safety briefings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of custodians in their performance of custodial/escorting duties.
• Ensure compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and safety requirements.
• Oversee scheduling, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Escort non-cleared personnel and monitor activities in secured areas.
• Perform custodial tasks across offices, conference rooms, restrooms, and lobbies.
