Job summary

Advanced C4 Solutions Inc. currently seeks a Custodian, CAA (OCONUS) to join the team at the Caracas Embassy Compound in Caracas, Venezuela. The role supports the VBLS contract for the U.S.

Department of State, performing custodial/escort duties and reporting to the Site Services Manager. The successful candidate will maintain cleaning standards across office spaces, conference rooms, and common areas, comply with safety and security guidelines, and assist with event setup and breakdown while

Qualifications

• Custodial cleaning and floor care including carpet shampooing and window cleaning.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to communicate in English.
• Adheres to OSHA/NEBOSH safety standards on site.
• Willing to work overtime and wear PPE at all times.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe workplace and prioritize safety.
• Perform custodial services in office areas including conferences, restrooms, lobbies, and corridors.
• Clean spaces using equipment such as buffers, burnishers, and auto-scrubbers.
• Escort non-cleared personnel into restricted areas following security guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks as instructed (painting touch-ups, light bulb replacement, basic carpentry).
