Job summary

Verde Clean is seeking a Lead Custodian in the United States to keep facilities clean, safe, and welcoming. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, at a pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

You will lead cleaning tasks, restock supplies, and ensure a secure environment while supporting a team-driven culture. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of janitorial experience, high school or equivalent, and a reliable, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in janitorial or custodial work.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of floors, restrooms, and surfaces.
• Restock and refill paper goods, soap, and sanitizers.
• Monitor safety and report hazards.
• Support the team and interact professionally with staff and visitors.
