Job summary

Verde Clean is seeking a Lead Custodian in the United States to keep facilities clean, safe, and welcoming. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, at a pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

You will lead cleaning tasks, restock supplies, and ensure a secure environment while supporting a team-driven culture. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of janitorial experience, high school or equivalent, and a reliable, team-oriented approach.

What You'll Do

As a Lead Custodian, you'll ensure that facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for all.

• Daily Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors, surfaces, restrooms, and more.

• Restock & Refill: Keep restrooms and supply areas stocked with paper goods, soap, and sanitizers.

• Monitor Safety: Identify and report hazards to ensure a secure environment.

• Support the Team: Assist coworkers and interact professionally with staff and visitors.

What We're Looking For
