Job summary

Verde Clean is seeking a Lead Custodian to keep our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for employees, visitors, and guests. You will supervise daily cleaning operations, mentor teammates, and ensure tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting are completed to standard.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a professional demeanor, with schedule Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and pay of $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and safety procedures.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.

  Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
