Job summary

Verde Clean in the United States is seeking a dependable Custodian to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities. The role requires a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00am to 2:30pm.

You'll perform cleaning, restocking, floor care, and safety tasks while delivering courteous service to staff and visitors. A minimum of one year of janitorial experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to use cleaning equipment and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and wipe surfaces, including restrooms.
• Restocking Supplies: Keep restrooms stocked and monitor dispensers.
• Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Safety & Security: Identify hazards and report to supervisor.
• Customer Service: Provide courteous assistance to staff and visitors.
