• Supervises Custodial Supervisors; provides training and instruction; sets goals and determines workloads; plans cleaning methods and frequency.
• Conducts building cleanliness inspections; identifies deficiencies and ensures corrective actions.
• Coordinates special custodial projects; liaises with staff and faculty; ensures custodial work does not disrupt operations.
