Job summary

Chimes in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Custodial Supervisor who leads cleaning and floor care operations, ensuring contract specifications and company directives are met.

You will supervise crews, coordinate schedules, train staff, and maintain safety and quality standards in daily activities on site. Strong leadership, timely reporting, and proficiency with Excel spreadsheets are valued; a valid driver’s license and ability to work a full shift are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• College degree preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Knowledge of IWatch Government requirements
• Knowledge of green cleaning principles and CIMS certification requirements
• Knowledge of regulatory standards, hospital standards, and facility management

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial and floor care services to meet contract specifications
• Supervise daily operations to comply with terms and requirements
• Train employees in cleaning procedures
• Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines
• Maintain daily time/attendance records and staffing coordination
• Ensure safety, security, and quality standards on site
