Job summary

BAC is seeking an onsite leader to supervise daily housekeeping operations, schedule staff, and ensure contract requirements are met at our site in North Carolina. The role combines hands-on custodial tasks with supervisory duties and staff development.

You will train employees, manage QA inspections using Otuvy software, monitor payroll, and address quality concerns with the project team. A flexible schedule and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must pass background screening and pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and staff scheduling.
• Train employees on contract duties and use Otuvy for QA inspections and reporting.
• Perform advanced floor care and supervise custodial tasks.
• Collaborate with Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager and DODEA staff on quality concerns and corrective actions.
• Manage payroll oversight and time-keeping accuracy.
