Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Fayetteville, GA seeks a Custodial Lead to ensure cleanliness and safety across assigned areas. You will supervise custodial staff, perform routine janitorial tasks, and help train and schedule the team.

The role requires ability to operate cleaning equipment, track inventory, and report hazards to the supervisor. Shift is 2pm-10:30pm, Sunday-Thursday, paying $16-$17 per hour with SBM's benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification and safety training.
• May require valid driver’s license and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Provide work direction to custodians per supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track inventory and maintenance of equipment.
• Report incidents, hazards, and PPE compliance.
• Support supervisor with purchasing supplies.
