Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Custodian Supervisor to lead cleaning and floor care operations at Fort Bragg. You will supervise custodial teams, manage schedules, and ensure contract requirements are met with strong leadership and a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires proven supervision, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with site management and customers. Willingness to mentor staff and maintain detailed operational records is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR/FR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of IWatch Government requirements.
• Knowledge of green cleaning principles and CIMS certification requirements.
• Experience with MAXIMO, SAMS, TAMS and JAMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational performance to comply with contract terms and statements of work.
• Analyze workload schedules for accuracy and coordination with site management.
• Maintain daily electronic records of non-completed services and reasons.
• Ensure all work follows quality plans, OSHA guidelines and safety procedures.
• Lead staffing coordination and problem-solve operational challenges.
• Provide guidance and feedback to assigned staff and mentor new custodians.
• Prepare and present operation reports and data spreadsheets for management.
• Maintain effective relationships with customers and coworkers.
