Job summary

Willow Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an experienced Cook to join our team. You will prepare and cook meals for residents, respecting dietary needs and special diets while maintaining safety and sanitary standards.

We value teamwork and a friendly, helpful attitude, and we expect you to keep work areas clean, organized and compliant with state dietary regulations. Must be 18+, HS diploma or GED, and ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Maintains a current ServSafe certificate (food services sanitation certificate)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or GED accepted
• Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for residents without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others
• Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment
