Job summary

UPMC Harrisburg is seeking a Lead CT Technologist to support the CT Scan department. The role includes performing advanced CT procedures, coordinating daily workflow, and leading staff orientation and training.

A strong focus on QA and protocol development will be expected, with responsibilities also including contributing to recruitment and performance discussions. Qualified candidates will have ARRT or CNMT credentials, BLS/CPR, and CT experience (3+ years).

Qualifications

• ARRT-certified radiologic technologist or CNMT program completion.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department workflow and lead the CT team.
• Perform CT procedures at an advanced level and ensure quality standards.
• Lead orientation and training for new hires and students; provide remediation as needed.
• Assist in talent acquisition and performance reviews; step in for supervisor when needed.
