Job summary

UPMC Passavant seeks a skilled CT Technologist to perform imaging procedures independently, using ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes. You will apply contrast, operate advanced CT equipment, and document exams in the RIS system.

The role requires ARRT certification and CT registry within 18 months. This on-site position offers a sign-on bonus and a strong patient-centered care focus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology or CNMT program.
• ARRT registry must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• CT registry must be obtained within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CT procedures using established protocols with contrast administration.
• Operate imaging equipment for data acquisition, analysis, and documentation per protocol.
• Ensure accurate coding and tracking of exams in RIS and ISITE for archiving and interpretation.
