Job summary

Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage is seeking a Senior CT Technologist for a full-time night shift. This role directs CT operations, develops dose-optimized protocols, and supports cross-department coverage to meet staffing needs.

The successful candidate will be a graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program, CT-certified, and hold NRCT or Nuclear Medicine CT credentials, with at least 2 years post-certification experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Certified as a CT Technologist.
• National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography (NRCT) by the appropriate board.
• National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board credentialed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate all technical activities in the CT Department.
• Develop and implement CT protocols to minimize dose (ALARA).
• Ensure protocol consistency across equipment for high image quality.
• Float position to cover staffing needs in other departments.
