Job summary

Talent Staffing and Recruiting is seeking a Lead CT Technologist for a full-time day shift in Aurora, CO. The role leads the CT team in a hands-on, outpatient imaging setting and ensures high-quality, efficient patient care.

You will coach staff, manage daily workflows, and oversee CT equipment QC. Requires ARRT CT, state licensure if needed, and 2 years of experience; BLS certification is required before start.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered RT and CT-certified by ARRT; state licensure if required by law.
• 2 years of experience in CT or radiology settings.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross valid through 60 days after start.

Responsibilities

• Coach, monitor and evaluate CT team members' performance focusing on productivity and quality.
• Coordinate services, prioritize assignments and workflow; perform CT Technologist duties.
• Guide the team through complex or novel issues.
• Oversee equipment quality control testing, maintenance and troubleshooting.
