Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health in Aurora, CO, seeks a CT Team Lead Radiologic Technologist to lead the CT group onsite at UCHealth Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion. This full-time role requires ARRT CT certification, a radiologic technologist degree, and 2 years' experience.

Days shift with hourly pay range and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, coordinating CT workflow, and ensuring equipment QC.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered RT and ARRT CT certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of radiology experience.
• BLS through AHA/Red Cross CPR required before start date and valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide monitoring, coaching and evaluation of team performance in productivity and quality management.
• Coordinate services, prioritize assignments and workflow; promote situational decision-making.
• Take responsibility for complex or novel issue handling with guidance to team members.
• Oversee equipment quality control testing, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
