Role Overview

The Radiologic Technologist specializing in CT performs a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including advanced protocols such as TAVR, Cardiac CTA, and lung/heart screenings. They set up equipment, position patients, and ensure safety and accuracy in image acquisition. The role involves patient care, verifying orders, administering contrast media, maintaining patient privacy, and responding to emergencies.

Leadership & Collaboration

They oversee departmental workflow, manage productivity, participate in protocol implementation, assist with staff onboarding, and serve as a liaison between departments. The technologist mentors peers, supports quality improvement, and ensures regulatory compliance.
