Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CST training program.
• CST certification required by hire and maintained.
• Experience with general, urology, eye, gynecology, hand, spine, and orthopedic procedures.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead sterile prep for complex surgical cases.
• Provide advanced intraoperative support and instrument passing.
• Mentor and onboard new surgical technologists.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety and regulatory standards.
