We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist III sometimes referred to as a S urgical Tech II I , OR Tech II I or Scrub Tech II I . The Certified Surgical Technologist III (CST III) serves as an advanced surgical team member responsible for supporting highly complex surgical procedures, ensuring optimal operating room efficiency, and serving as a clinical resource for surgical staff. The CST III leads advanced case preparation, assists surgeons by maintaining a sterile field and anticipating procedural needs, mentors' surgical technologists, and promotes best practices in patient safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance. This position is on a per diem basis, meaning PD/PRN as needed.
The Certified Scrub Tech III (CST III) leads sterile preparation and serves as the primary scrub for complex surgical cases, using advanced skills to support surgeons and drive safe, efficient OR performance.
