Qualifications

• Graduate of a Certified Surgical Tech (CST) training program.
• Certified Surgical Tech (CST) Certification required upon hire.
• Experience scrubbing major and minor procedures across generalized surgical specialties.

Responsibilities

• Lead sterile preparation for complex cases and assist surgeons.
• Coordinate operating room setup and instrument/implant readiness for highly specialized procedures.
• Provide advanced intraoperative support and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Educate and mentor junior surgical technologists and ensure regulatory compliance.
