Qualifications

• HS diploma preferred but not required
• At least 6 months of convenience store or retail CSR experience
• Must pass background check and be 18+ for duties

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to all guests
• Serve as escalation point when managers are not present
• Assist with refunds in accordance with store policies
• Lead by example in a welcoming customer-facing environment
• Process transactions accurately using POS system and follow cash-handling procedures
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking to ensure a ready-to-sell environment
