Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams with mentoring, delegation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in program execution, bidding, planning, EVM, and risk management.
• Experience with embedded software development.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance is required.
• Typically requires a STEM degree and 10 years of related experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
