MicroDental Laboratories is a world-class dental lab group with a Brighton, MI Ward Lab location hiring multiple Dental Lab Technicians. Responsibilities include leading Crown & Bridge work, wax and finish, and managing case flow.

Expect usage of CAD/CAM, 3D scanning, and porcelain layering for high-end restorations. Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience may qualify for sign-on bonuses; benefits include medical/dental/life insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum experience in dental restoration.
• CDT preferred.
• Ability to read prescriptions from clients/doctors.
• Proficiency in porcelain layering, contouring, and finishing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead Crown & Bridge Technician duties including wax, finish, and margins/fits.
• Block, cast, and finish full contour crowns and implants.
• Plan cases, design, waxing, casting, die trimming, and finishing.
• Ensure in-process QA standards and deliver on-time cases.
• Read and interpret prescriptions and patient charts.
• Train and supervise lab staff to meet quality standards.
